of our skilled providers.

- Foot pain
- Broken bones and fractures
If you’re an athlete suffering from pains or an injury, sports medicine
is likely going to be the fastest means of diagnosing and treating your
problem. A doctor specializing in sports medicine is familiar with conditions
that commonly occur from various physical activities. This knowledge helps
them perform diagnostic tests that will quickly rule out or confirm their
suspicions about your condition. Since they commonly treat athletes, sports
medicine doctors can prescribe very accurate treatments. Additionally,
they can best evaluate your health to determine whether or not you are
ready to return to the field.
When you have suffered a sports injury, you do not want to resume normal
activity until you are fully healed. Doing so could result in a reoccurrence,
or even permanent disability.
Methodist Hospital’s Orthopaedics is located at 471 Klutey Park Plaza
Drive in Henderson, KY. Call 270-830-8032 to schedule an appointment.
