Our MissionMethodist Hospital, in keeping with its Christian heritage, exists to provide a broad based healthcare delivery system. In partnership with our medical staff, the focus will be on safe, compassionate, high-quality and cost-effective services that addresse mental, spiritual, and physical needs, and work to improve the health status of the people in the communities served.
Vision
Methodist Hospital, in partnership with others, will pursue a plan to continue to build and position the Hospital as a comprehensive healthcare delivery system to meet the healthcare needs and expectations of the people in the communities served. To accomplish this vision our patient care focus will be:
Service delivery organized to satisfy the needs and expectations of patients, businesses, and the communities we serve;
To effectively manage resources through the continuous development of systems, care processes and staff;
To provide continuing medical education for physicians, employees and other care givers in the delivery of high-quality healthcare services;
Development of appropriate organizational structures and facilities that allow for the continued growth of the individual and the organization while pursuing excellence in safe,high-quality service delivery.Guiding Values
