Gina Schultheis, PT, DPT, MHS
Gina Schultheis PT, DPT, MHS, is the Director of Therapy Services with
a 30 year history of Physical Therapy practice. Gina has worked in a variety
of settings including outpatient rehab, industrial medicine, home health
and skilled nursing facilities.
She completed her Bachelor's in Physical Therapy at the University
of Evansville in 1985, her Master's degree in Health Services with
an emphasis in orthopedics at the University of Indianapolis in 2001,
and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Kentucky in 2010.
Beth Taylor, PT, DPT
Coordinator of Falls Prevention & Vestibular Rehab
Beth earned her Bachelors of Science in physical therapy from the University
of Evansville in 1986 and Clinical Doctorate from University of Kentucky
in 2010. She serves as Coordinator of the Vestibular and Balance/Fall
Prevention programs for Methodist Hospital. Beth is a member of the American
Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Orthopedic Section. She is
also a member of the Vestibular Disorders Association (VEDA). She has
provided physical therapy for Methodist Hospital Orthopedic Clinic since
2009 and has served as staff therapist since 1988.

Betsy Teer, PTA
Betsy Teer is a Physical Therapist Assistant who has worked with patients
for 16 years at Methodist Hospital. She received her Associates Degree
in Physical Therapy from the Madisonville Community College Physical Therapy Program.
Betsy began her career at Methodist working in the Transitional Care Unit
providing therapy services to patients. She then worked for 11 years on
the Rehabilitation Unit where she worked extensively with knee and hip
replacements including conducting home evaluations and community re-entry,
as well as discharge planning with patients and their families during
patient family conferences. Betsy has specialized NDT training for stroke
patients and other neurological disorders. She also provided Therapy Services
in Pediatrics to the Webster County School System.
Betsy brings her years of experience to the Joint Replacement Program
and is the facilitator of group therapy sessions.
Susan Marsch, MS, CCC-SLP
Susan Marsch earned her Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences
from Indiana University in 2007 and her Master's degree in Communication
Sciences and Disorders from the University of Kentucky in 2009. Susan
began working for Methodist Hospital in July of 2013 where she serves
the needs of both pediatric and adult inpatient and outpatient populations.
Since working with this organization, she has obtained her LSVT LOUD certification
to further manage and treat communication and swallowing deficits related
to Parkinson's disease.
Karry Sue Hunt, PT/DPT
Karry Sue Hunt earned her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University
of Evansville in 1995. She completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy from
the University of Montana in 2012. She has been working at Methodist Hospital
since 1995 in various settings including outpatients, inpatients, home
health, transitional care unit and the school system to name a few. Her
special interests include outpatient orthopedics, wheelchair fittings
and pediatrics. She coordinates the Developmental Follow - Up Clinic for
the Neonatal Intensive Care graduates as well as treating children of
all ages. She also works with specialized seating and mobility for patients
Kerry McClure, DPT
Manual Therapy Specialist
Kerry McClure, DPT earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University
of Montana in 2012. He graduated from the University of Evansville with
a Master's Degree in 1997. He completed a course in Manual Physical
Therapy from Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars in 2003. Kerry
has worked at Methodist Hospital in the Therapy Services Department since
1997. Previous to joining Methodist Hospital, he was a strength and conditioning
coach for seven years with James Madison University and East Carolina

Ayres Baltzell, OT
Ayres earned a BS in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern
Indiana (USI) in 2008. He participated in the bridge program at USI to
later receive a Master's degree of Science in Occupational Therapy
in 2009. Ayres' clinical experiences include treating patients in
pediatric and geriatric populations. He has provided skilled occupational
therapy services in out-patient, in-patient, long term care, schools and
home health settings. Ayres has completed the WorkSTEPS, Inc. course in
providing Objective Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) as well as Objective
Employment Testing Protocols. He is currently performing objective measurement
and testing protocols as needed to grow the Occupational Medicine Program
available at Methodist Hospital.
Dana Harper, PTA
Coordinator of Aquatic Therapy Program
Dana is a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant with 17 years of experience
at Methodist Hospital. She received her associates degree in Physical
Therapy from the University of Evansville in 1995.
Dana primarily works in the outpatient and in patient setting at the Hospital,
but did provide Pediatric Therapy in the Webster County School System.
In 2010, she coordinated the Aquatic Therapy Program, partnering with the
Henderson YMCA, to utilize the warm water pool.
Kaela McDaniel, ATC, PTA, CSCS
Kaela received her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2011
from the University of Evansville and completed her Associates Degree
for Physical Therapist Assistant in 2013 at West Kentucky Community and
Technical College. Kaela joined the Methodist Therapy Services staff as
an Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist Assistant in January of 2014.
She currently sees patients out of the Methodist Orthopedic Rehabilitation
location, including orthopedic, balance, women's health, aquatic therapy,
home health therapy, as well as other general therapy. Kaela is also the
full-time Athletic Trainer at Henderson County High School, a service
provided by Methodist Hospital. She is a member of the Sports and Orthopedic
sections of the American Physical Therapy Association, the National Athletic
Training Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Bryant K. Elkins, DPT
Bryant graduated from University of Evansville in 2002 with a Master's
Degree in Physical Therapy. He then completed a Doctorate Degree in 2007
from University of Indianapolis. Bryant has practiced in acute, skilled,
home health and outpatient settings, with most of his experience in outpatient
orthopedics. Bryant specializes in shoulder injuries and throwing mechanics
assessment while also having a strong interest in functional movement
assessment to maximize functional performance.
Megan Woods Speech Language Pathologist
Megan Woods is a full-time Speech Language Pathologist at Methodist Hospital
and Methodist Hospital Union County. Megan is a Kansas native and attended
Kansas State University (KSU) where she received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Family Studies and Human Services with an emphasis in Communication
Sciences and Disorders. Following her graduation from KSU, she traveled
to Waco, TX where she completed a Master of Science degree in Communication
Sciences and Disorders in 2014 from Baylor University. Megan has been
a member of the therapy team since 2014; serving both inpatients and outpatients.
She has a passion for Early Childhood Development and children with Autism
Angela Johnson began her employment at Methodist Hospital in 2015 and she
now sees patients at Methodist Hospital and Methodist Hospital Union County.
She graduated with master's degree in communication disorders and
sciences in 2009.
Carol graduated from the University of Evansville in 1991 with a bachelor's
degree in physical therapy. She has been employed at Methodist Hospital
since 1996. Her primary area of interest is neuro rehab. Carol is certified
in LSVT BIG therapy for Parkinson's disease.
